BlackBerry Bold 9700 unveiled
RIM today announced the launch of its newest BlackBerry, the BlackBerry Bold 9700. The successor of BlackBerry Bold 9000, BlackBerry Bold 9700 sports a traditional Blackberry keyboard with an optical trackpad similiar to BlackBerry Curve 8520 instead of a trackball.
Important Features of BlackBerry Bold 9700 are:
- A 480 x 320 HVGA display
- Full QWERTY Keypad
- A 624MHz processor
- 3.2 MP Camera with variable zoom, autofocus, flash and video recording
- Runs on BlackBerry 5.0 similiar to BlackBerry Storm
- Updated BB Messenger, and BlackBerry Maps.
- A 3.5mm Stereo Headset jack along with dedicated volume controls.
- 256MB Internal Flash memory
- 32GB microSD/SDHD expandable memory card slot
- Supports 3G and Wi-Fi
- 6 Hrs of talk time and 17 days of standby time while in 3G mode
- Threaded text messaging
