iPad 2 arriving next week in India, priced at Rs 27,900
It looks like Apple is trying to make amends with the huge delay in bringing the first gen iPad here, by launching the iPad 2 next week with a price tag of Rs 27,900.
According to OnlyGizmos, iPad 2 will be launching through various outlets via Reliance iStores, Vijay Sales and Croma next week. Complementing this, Apple’s COO Tim Cook had also said during their latest earning call, that iPad 2 will arriving in 13 different countries and India is being touted as one of them.
On the pricing front, iPad 2 will apparently sport the same price tag as the first gen iPad i.e. Rs 27,900 for 16GB Wi-FI version going up to Rs 44,900 for the Wi-Fi+3G version.
