EXCLUSIVE: Nokia to soon launch an SMS Group service called “WeMeet”

Nokia is soon launching an location based SMS Group Service called “WeMeet“.

WeMeet is a basically an SMS based real time collaborative chat along with location updates. In this service, users can create multiple groups and chat with their friends/family in real-time.Also all the location information of the people in the chat is broadcasted to all the other group members.

WeMeet application is a Java application. Therefore this application can be easily run on any mobile device which runs on S40 or S60 Operating Systems.
