RIM Releases Network Independent BlackBerry’s
RIM has just announced that they will be releasing network independent BlackBerrys shortly which means that the BlackBerry Users do not have to stick with one service provider and can switch providers anytime they want. The first set of handsets that are going to be Network Independent are the BlackBerry Storm and the BlackBerry Curve 8520.
The BlackBerry Curve 8520 and the BlackBerry Storm will be available at all the leading electronic retail outlets across 38 cities with the help of the extensive distribution network of Redington India. The price of BlackBerry Storm and BlackBerry Curve 8520 mobiles are Rs 20,500 and Rs 14,990 respectively.
