Great news for all the owners of Samsung S8000/8003 Jet, a major firmware upgrade is now available which brings in a lot of changes in your phone. The Samsung S8000 Jet now has a a different 3D Cube background and some new widgets like Twitter, MySpace and Facebook to play with. You can also rearrange the main menu icons on your phones now.

Both the WebKit-based browser and the Media Browser has received some improvements. Thumbnails now load much faster than before and scrolling speed has been increased. However, viewing images is still a bit slower and takes a second or two. The Volume rocker will be now used for scrolling through web pages instead of zooming in/out before. And a Landscape View has now been added onto the revamped media player through which you can now view your music in landscape much like the Cover Flow feel of iPhone.
