Sony Ericsson Mini features a 2.55″ QVGA TFT screen which runs on Android 1.6 powered by a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227. It also features Sony Ericsson’s signature application “Timescape” and a 5 megapixel camera with AutoFocus and Geotagging. For full specs of Xperia X10 mini, visit here.
