Google Maps for Mobile has just crossed 100 Million users.Announcing that on their Mobile Blog, Google’s Vice President of Engineering, Vic Gundothra iterated on how Google Maps for Mobile has evolved as a product, since its inception 5 years ago.

Google has now rolled its Tags Program to Mobile web searches as well.

Google Maps Team has now added a new layer on Google Maps for Mobile that overlays NYC subway routes on a map.
