We Indians know how to make every penny count. That’s why Dual SIM phones are such a craze in India. Using a Dual SIM phone, one can simultaneously use 2 SIMs, with a mix of two different plans, without the need for investing in 2 separate mobile phones or carrying them. Dual SIM mobiles are also particularly useful if you have to keep 2 numbers (one personal and one official).
Following the success of Indian Brands like Micromax, Spice, Karbonn etc in the Dual SIM category, even Nokia, Samsung and Motorola who had never made Dual SIM mobiles earlier, have now started making their own Dual SIM phones in India. Samsung however has clearly dominated this segment with some really popular dual SIM phones launches in the past year.
