Tweetie Releases Version 2.1. Adds Lists, Retweets, Geolocation And More Features
Atebits, the people behind one of the most famous twitter clients for iPhone, Tweetie has just released version 2.1 of the app. Some of the major features added in this new version 2.1 are: 1. Lists support: This new version completely supports all the basic features of the newly launched Twitter Lists i.e. you can now create lists, edit lists and also view the lists on your iPhone/iPod touch. 2.Support for the new Retweet Functionality: Tweetie now supports the newly launched retweet functionality as well. 3. Geotagging: You can now tag each tweet with your location if you want to. 4. Ability to report spammy profiles directly from the app. 5. Tweetie now remembers the last time you updated twitter and also highlights you from where the new tweets start when you open up the app.

The sad part is that tweetie 1.0 users will have to purchase the new app from the App store.
